Periodically we taste bottles of past vintages and our library wines to determine when they’re at their peak. The library wines from the vintages listed below are no longer available to the public for purchase but may exist in your own personal wine cellar or collection. The aging recommendations for each wine are based upon several factors including whether the wine was initially made to be consumed young or to have aging potential. Also, having optimal cellar conditions (55-60 degrees / 70%+ humidity) is critical if the wines are to age properly. Most of our red wines are made to be enjoyed within 5-7 years. Click on the link below to review the most recent tasting notes for our library wines. As library wine inventory is depleted, some wines may not be tasted on a regular basis. When a wine is deemed to be “Peaking Now!” we will no longer continue to taste and review the wine.
