By submitting our wine club membership form you are agreeing to allow Hawk Watch Winery LLC to charge your credit card for quarterly wine club shipments, applicable taxes and any shipping or delivery changes. You understand that Hawk Watch Winery LLC reserves the right to change member privileges, wine club charges, and event dates as needed and that Hawk Watch Winery LLC may discontinue your wine club membership at anytime. If you choose to “pick up” your wine club wines each quarter, you understand that failure to pick up your wine for two (2) consecutive quarters may result in your wines being shipped to you at your expense (including any return or re-delivery charges as applicable).  You understand that by joining the wine club you agree to accept and pay for a minimum of two (2) consecutive wine club shipments, and that only after you have met that obligation may you discontinue your membership. You also acknowledge that you are not receiving complimentary wine or items, but rather that all benefits received during the course of your membership are paid for on a quarterly basis as part of your membership cost, and you represent to Hawk Watch Winery LLC that you are at least 21 years of age and the person receiving the wine club wine is also at least 21 years of age.
