Rich, earthy and a hint of eucalyptus in the nose followed by notes of lavender and rose petals with luscious dark, ripe fruit in the palate.  Notes of strawberry, cherry and black raspberry with a soft silky palate.  The wine is very plump and ripe and will continue to develop over the next few years. Peaking Now!  Recommendation: Drink now or hold for 1-2 years.

Six.Seven.Eight

Massive fruit elements particularly dark black cherry, floral notes of spiced plum with a slight hint of mocha. The palate is velvety and rich with notes of vanilla and complex fruit with a peppery, nutty finish. Recommendation: Peaking now!  Drink now or hold for no more than a year.

Seven.Eight.Nine

Very ripe and savory in the nose showing notes of exotic spice, black cherry, lavender and clove.  Jammy notes of blueberry and bright red cherry on the palate with a hint of white pepper and licorice.  Best to decant for half an hour to allow the wine to open completely.  Recommendation: Drink now or hold for another 2-3 years.

Eight.Nine.Ten

In the nose, soft notes of cedar, sandalwood and cigar box with fruit forward flavors of cherry, black raspberry and cinnamon on the palate with a cream mouthfeel. Recommendation: Drink now or hold for another 1-2 years.

Nine.Ten.Eleven

Intense, earthy nose with elements of rhubarb, and cherry pie on the nose followed by a creamy palate of brambly, ripe red fruit with a touch of vanilla on the finish.  Recommendation: Drink now or hold for another 4-6 years.
